213.258 Contemporary Art Projects C (15 credits)
Engagement with new thinking in contemporary art research through a specific lecturer-led project.
Note(s): Project for 2019: Art and the readymade Can anything be art? And if so, how does that happen? This course explores the found image and the readymade object in art, in theory and through practice. It considers conventions of presentation and context, interpretation and audience engagement in contemporary art and how these can be challenged and subverted.
- Prerequisite(s): 75 credits at 100 level from College of Creative Arts
