219.307 Interpersonal Communication (15 credits)
This course builds understanding of the struggle to make sense of other people and to build thriving communities and relationships, both in and out of the workplace. Students will examine how communication is used to connect with others, to express and uphold identities, and to manage challenging interactions and relationships.
Note(s): Students must be approved and enrolled in the Graduate Diploma in Business Studies endorsed in Management and Leadership for Māori Providers to do this paper in block course mode.
